operate a "No
Collection No Fee"
policy. We use a
sliding percentage
scale of whatever we
collect from your
debtor. This percentage
is levied on the net
amount of your debt,
i.e. your total debt
less VAT and any court
Costs.
Our
system for calculating
the recovery fee works
out considerably cheaper
than using a flat rate
fee like our
competitors.
You
are responsible for all
court fees if applicable
(recoverable from the
debtor) and any other
incurred legal costs.
These additional costs
will be made clear to
you before you commit to
them, and may be
recoverable from the
debtor through a cost
order. Our minimum fee
is £100.
